my dog had 12 puppies last night .. * Yay * but one of them was this little bump at the tip of his tail .. His blood as an object of type blisters. idk what it is. Can anyone help me with this? That is what we need to see a vet? Thank you.

Well, it could be anything, I suggest you see a vet, but Incase.
The red belly is still probley an insect bite or somthing. You should have a vet if you do not disappear in a week. We hope that he recovers!
